Service terms. Plain English first.
These terms apply when you use the free analyzer or pay the $399 negotiation fee. Paying through checkout means you accept them.
1. You stay in control.
OTDWolf provides buyer-side research and negotiation support. You remain the buyer. We cannot sign, accept a deal, submit credit, place a deposit, move money, take title, or bind you to any transaction.
2. Service and eligibility.
OTDWolf LTD (“OTDWolf”) provides the $399 service, which covers one agreed vehicle search or negotiation brief in any US state. Inventory, dealer participation, financing, inspection, delivery, and government charges remain outside our control.
3. The $1,200 savings guarantee.
Savings equals your best verified comparable written out-the-door quote before OTDWolf, minus the final comparable out-the-door price we secure. If verified savings are under $1,200, the $399 service fee is refunded. See the refund policy for how to claim it.
The comparison must use the same VIN or an agreed equivalent, with the same rebates, financing assumptions, taxes, registration, transport, add-ons, and trade-in treatment. A changed vehicle, expired incentive, unavailable inventory, or client-requested term can change eligibility.
4. Quotes and pickup.
Dealer quotes can change until the dealer issues and honors a signed buyer's order. You must review the final contract, inspect the vehicle, and confirm that every number matches before signing.
5. Payment and your account.
The fee is charged once, up front, via Stripe. Your dashboard login is the email used at checkout. You can download or delete your data at any time from your account page; deleting it ends any active negotiation.
