One flat $399 fee. Refunded in full if we don't save you at least $1,200.
1. The savings guarantee.
Savings = your best verified comparable written out-the-door quote before OTDWolf, minus the final comparable out-the-door price we secure. If verified savings are under $1,200, we refund the $399 service fee. Full definitions are in Terms §3.
2. Before work starts.
Paid but changed your mind before a representative has contacted dealers on your behalf? Email us and we refund in full, no questions.
3. If you walk away.
If we secure a comparable price that meets the guarantee and you choose not to buy, the fee is earned. If you decide not to buy any car, tell us — we'll review case by case.
4. How to request one.
Email hello@otdwolf.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original card, typically within 5–10 business days.
