Your number is not the product.
We do not sell your personal data or turn you into a dealer lead. This page explains the information a live OTDWolf service may need and why.
1. What we collect.
We may collect contact details, vehicle preferences, registration state, timing, trade-in and financing assumptions, dealer correspondence, and quote files you choose to provide. Do not upload Social Security numbers, license numbers, bank or card details, account numbers, or signatures.
2. How we use it.
We use information to analyze a quote, prepare a target, communicate with you, and run only the negotiation you authorize. When you finish a free analysis, the quote file and the numbers we extracted are stored on our servers so your representative can pick up the deal and so you can see it on your dashboard.
3. What dealers receive.
We negotiate through dedicated contact details. A dealer receives only the transaction details you approve. Your name is shared when you choose a deal and are ready to sign—not as a lead sent to a dealer network.
4. Service providers and retention.
We use vetted providers only to perform their assigned work: Supabase (database, login, file storage), Stripe (payment — we never see your card number), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and an AI model provider that reads your quote to extract line items. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.
Deal records are kept while your account exists so you can refer back to them. Delete your account from the dashboard at any time and we remove your login, deals, timeline, and uploaded files immediately; payment records stay with Stripe as required by law.
5. Your choices.
Download everything we hold or delete your account from Dashboard → Account. We send only transactional email about your deal — no marketing list. For correction or privacy questions, email privacy@otdwolf.com.
